界首彩陶秉承唐三彩遗风，多为红、白、绿三种颜色。但与唐三彩黄、绿、白等色均靠釉色来呈现不同的是，界首彩陶的红白两色靠施两层化妆土完成，再施以绿釉点染，使色彩更具饱和度与对比度。

Jieshou Colored Pottery carries on the vibrant legacy of Tang Sancai (Tang Dynasty tri-colored pottery), predominantly using hues of red, white, and green. However, unlike Tang Sancai, whose colors like yellow, green, and white are solely achieved through glazing, Jieshou pottery employs a unique technique: the red and white colors are created by applying two layers of slip, followed by touches of green glaze. This method results in richer saturation and striking contrast, bringing the pottery to life with its bold palette.
