Jieshou Colored Pottery, a traditional folk craft from the small city of Jieshou in northwest Anhui, has roots that stretch back to the Tang and Song dynasties.  Recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage in 2006, this artform has evolved over a thousand years, blending the ancient elegance of Tang Sancai (Tang Dynasty tri-colored pottery) with the vibrant local culture to become the unique tri-colored carved pottery we see today.[ See More ]
